My Eating Habits
I look back in shock at my typical food intake before going raw and vegan – my day started with 2 slices of turkey bacon, eggs with cheese, fruit smoothie mid-morning were followed by a huge cooked lunch – at least two plates of something like gluten free pasta or pizza. I rarely ate sweets due to me having Celiac Disease (Wheat and Gluten allergy) My calorie intake was not that bad, but I knew I could improve, I ate these foods thinking I was eating fairly healthy. I ate large quantities of carbohydrates, sugars and fats.
