Spiritual Development

Spirit is different from religion. Religion may contain spirit, but spirit can stand-alone from religion.

Feeding the Body, the Mind, the Spirit

Many great spiritual teachers recommend eating a vegetarian diet to enhance one’s spiritual practices. My personal spirit coincides with the laws of the universe, which is to eat a vegan/raw diet comprised mainly of fruit, herbs, nuts, seeds and some vegetables. Nazir Avdiyah, my spiritual teacher, on his weekly conference calls recommends and teaches that a proper vegan diet that consists of at least 51% raw is a good place to start to cleanse your chakras in order to tap into the penile gland (your third eye).  To learn more about tapping into your third eye, listen to his recorded calls; Gold in the Highest Thought & Meditation in Gold (call #s 94 & 95 –to subscribe to the recorded calls simply complete the subscription to Spiritual calls with Nazir Avdiyah) He suggests that eating raw foods helps us clear away blocks that prevent us from tapping into our direct connection with the divine and our spiritual natures. Raw foods energize the body and turn us into human antennas that resonate with the frequencies of the cosmos.

Setting Goals for Spiritual Practices

If you’ve been eating raw foods for a while and find yourself drawn to the spiritual seeker’s path, you don’t need to sell your possessions or pay for it, like some will tell you. Try setting some simple goals for your spiritual practice.

1. Explore spiritual traditions, paths and practices.  If you seek the truth in it’s highest form try our ministry call. If not, it’s worthwhile to explore the vast and deep world of spiritual practices and traditions. Begin with the world’s major teachers: Yahwah, Yahshua, and many others. Read the holy texts of the KJV Bible. See if anything resonates with you.

2.  Begin a meditation practice. Meditation is a great way to quiet the mind’s chatter and connect with your spirit. There are many websites, videos, books and courses to help you learn how to meditate; yoga is a great way to learn to meditate. You can begin by simply sitting quietly in a chair with your eyes closed and relaxed. Breathe normally, and repeat to yourself a word or phrase you select that embodies a quality you would like to have, such as “Peace” or “Love.”  On the inhale, say the word to yourself, and repeat on the exhale.

3.  Commit to nurturing your spirit.
Commit to a period of meditation daily. Even if it is just five minutes, it will do more to enhance your spirit than anything else will.

4.  Spend time with spiritual people.

Spending time in fellowship or communion with spiritual people has a profound effect. Joining a group or taking a workshop or course is a great way to meet other spiritual seekers.

5.  Open your mind to the possibilities.
Keep an open mind. Connecting with your spirit takes time and patience. Rigid goals may not necessarily be the best way to enhance your spiritual practice.  Let it unfold.

We are body, mind and spirit. Many raw food books and raw food experts teach only the physical aspects of raw foods: what to eat, how to shop and prepare foods, recipes and nutrition. Yet what we eat transforms us from the inside out, affecting every cell in the body. How our bodies feel is intimately connected with what we think, and all of this is enhanced and modified by what we believe and feel…our relationship to spirit; our own wonderful guiding Higher Self and what we define as our Higher Power, God, or Divine Guidance. May raw foods bring you closer to your own unique spiritual ideal.

Monoatomic Gold…Lost Secrets of the Sacred Ark

Throughout the past century — and especially since the days of Albert Einstein — scientists have been searching for the Holy Grail of modern physics which they classify as a “Unified Theory of Everything”. This has led to some amazing discoveries and the emergence of a whole new language which includes superstrings, quarks, and superconductivity along with an awareness of hitherto unknown planes of existence beyond our own familiar space-time.

In the field of Quantum Mechanics, scientists have recently confirmed that matter can indeed be in 2 places at once! It is now established that through “quantum entanglement”, particles millions of light-years apart can be connected without physical contact. Space-time can now be manipulated; teleportation is becoming a reality; gravity-resistant material is heralded for air transport; and virtual science has led to a greater understanding of hyper-dimensional environments.

When discussing the attributes of Monatomic Gold and the platinum group metals in Genesis of the Grail Kings, I remarked that it would not be long before the potential of these noble metals was announced for environment-friendly fuel cells. These, I suggested, would supersede fossil fuels for transportation and other practical purposes. At the same time, I touched on their future use in the medical arena — particularly in the field of cancer treatment. More especially, we looked at the gravity-defying attributes of these exotic white-powder substances and at their abilities to superconduct and literally bend space-time.

Raw living foods graces our lives…

Raw Spaghetti: zucchini noodles with nut meat sauce

The other day someone asked me about eating raw food and they said “the raw food diet”.  When I think of raw foods, I think of it as a lifestyle.  When I hear “the raw food diet”, all that comes to mind is the diet pill advertisements promising you will loose 30 pounds in in 30 days or some other unrealistic weight loss promise.  While this may be true in a small percent of the cases, it’s often been documented that those same people gain the weight back and sometimes more weight than they had before.  With Yah’some living, it is all about a lifestyle of living a healthy vibrant life with good organic foods and clean living.  I first began to think more seriously about my health and what I was eating from reading the Bible.  God or “Yah” in Hebrew provided us with an abundant of foods to nourish and heal our bodies when we are sick.   Eating raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and micronutrient foods was more about a spiritual awakening  and gaining health then about loosing weight.  However, in the process of my spiritual discovery and separating myself to Yah or Yahwah, I lost a great deal of weight and I continue to do so without even trying.
